About us
About MST Plumbing & Heating
A London plumbing and heating company led by Andres, established in 2019 and based on Westbourne Grove, W2.
How we work
MST Plumbing and Heating Ltd was set up in 2019 by Andres. Today Andres and his team install boilers and central heating, fit complete bathrooms and kitchens, and service and repair the systems in homes across West and North London.
Our approach is simple. We look at the job properly before we quote, so the price reflects your home. We explain the work in plain English. We agree a fixed price before starting, and we stick to it. Our customers mention it in their reviews again and again: turning up on time, explaining clearly, leaving the house clean and sticking to the agreed price.
Most of our work is in homes, but we also take on commercial plumbing and heating work.
What you can expect
- Gas Safe registered, no. 632854
- A free quote for every job
- A fixed written price agreed before work starts
- Floors protected and the work area kept tidy
- Clear explanations and a proper handover
- Rated 4.9 from our Google reviews
What we will not do
- Quote over the phone for work we have not seen
- Start extra work without agreeing it with you first
- Recommend a new boiler when a repair is the right answer
- Leave mess or half-finished work behind
In our customers' words
“Other plumbers gave me remote quotes without even bothering to visit the property or were unreasonably (in my opinion) expensive. The job I contracted Andres to do was to replace an old boiler, plus install a towel radiator and a wireless heating control as well as a power flush. He did everything within a day.”
