Yes. We carry out annual landlord gas safety checks, issue the CP12 certificate and can arrange access with your tenants.

Usually under the kitchen sink, in a downstairs cupboard or toilet, or where the water pipe enters the house. In flats it is often in a hallway cupboard. Turn it clockwise to close it.
